Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using No Rebound (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

No Rebound is a daily tracking tool for people coming off GLP-1 medications. It is a software product. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for working with a licensed healthcare provider.

Fiorella DiCarlo, RD, CDN is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist. Any general nutrition guidance in the app reflects her clinical experience and is offered as educational content. It is not a personalized medical recommendation for your specific situation.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us at fiorella@fiorellard.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

4. Subscription, billing, and refunds

• Subscriptions are $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, billed via Stripe.
• Course buyers receive 12 months of free access starting on the date of course purchase. After 12 months, the subscription continues at the chosen plan rate unless canceled.
• First 14 days refundable, no questions. Email us within 14 days of your first payment.
• You can cancel any time from settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you log (weigh-ins, check-ins, meal entries, reflections). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data beyond your own.
• Use the Service to violate any law.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with No Rebound.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

7. Disclaimers

Not medical advice. The Service is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your medication, diet, or treatment plan.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific outcomes, weight loss, weight maintenance, or absence of rebound. Individual results vary based on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account any time from settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or if your subscription lapses for more than 90 days.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and announced via email when significant. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
